After growing up in a small cray fishing town on the central coast of Western Australia, Jack Tandy was privately educated and believed strudel to be a funny noun.

For two years he co-hosted the #1 daily program on community radio station Radio Fremantle 107.9 “Top station on your radio dial” and once got a thumbs up from station manager Bev for fixing the kettle in the tea room, such were the funding constraints of the time. He also told many jokes on stage and was something of a hoot.

He has also appeared on Channels 7 & 31 and been the focus of several high profile newspaper articles which he has since scapbooked.

Tandy cares not much for wordplay, as he is severely irony deficient.
