HOLLY BOHMER

Holly Bohmer has been performing in, writing and producing comedy since 2022 and acting professionally for over ten years. In 2025 she made her acclaimed solo debut in the Melbourne International Comedy Festival with her solo show ‘Don’t Let me eat my babies’. As a Meisner trained actor she starred in numerous short films including 2024 award winning (Best short, Sydney Underground Film Festival).Since graduating university with a drama major in Drama (2014) she has starred in many plays and has performed internationally throughout Europe and Asia. In 2018 Holly began classes at The Improv Conspiracy and has been performing weekly on the mainstage since 2021 and teaching since 2023. As a comedian Holly has co-written, co-produced and performed in The Ultimate (Fringe Festival 2014), The Nightlight Zone (MCIF and Melbourne Fringe 2022), Muffin Chops (MCIF 2022), Toni and Lyndelle; Pieces of work (MCIF 2023) Sex and the CBD (2024) and The Fry Kids (2024). Holly is known for her unique characters, clown and sketches amongst the Melbourne alternative comedy scene performing at some of Melbourne’s most popular line ups (Limbo, Lido, Dirt, The Beryl’s pageant, Yes Yes Yes, Corner Shop Comedy, Moulin Beige ect). In her spare time she likes to eat terrible food, watch disturbing movies and hang out with her best cat pal Fancy.
