Corey Glamuzina

Corey M. Glamuzina is a theatre-trained actor, writer, and professional videographer originally hailing from Aotearoa. Calling Melbourne their home for the past decade, they strive to bring as many creative works to the stage, screen, and print as a freelance content creator and performing artist.

Playing roles as iconic as Iago, to the comedic extravagance of Prince George in a staged production of Blackadder The Third, or an amalgamation of the two as Hudson in Shakespeare Aliens, they love nothing more than to deep dive into character and perform to the masses.

When not on stage, they are at the helm writing, producing, and directing creative works, including one-person character-rich shows, fully staged theatre shows, original musicals, screenplays, and novel manuscripts.

As a qualified videographer and graduate of the New Zealand Film & Television School, they are nationally-trained in all areas of film production, with a steadfast dedication to direction and post-production.

Improvisation is one of their many outlets of creative expression utilised in their performance career. Whether it’s for workshopping projects, or for improvisational theatre itself, the joy of spontaneity and the potential for what it can unlock has brought inspiration to many completed works - and many more to come.
