HOLLY BOHMER

In 2025, Holly made her acclaimed solo debut at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival with Don’t Let Me Eat My Babies, cementing her reputation as one of Melbourne’s most exciting emerging comedy voices. Her screen work includes appearances in multiple short films, including an award-winning production recognised at the Sydney Underground Film Festival in 2024.

Holly began training with The Improv Conspiracy in 2018 and has performed weekly on its mainstage since 2021, later joining the teaching faculty in 2023. Alongside improv, she has co-written, co-produced and performed in a wide range of comedy productions including The Ultimate, The Nightlight Zone, Muffin Chops, Toni and Lyndelle: Pieces of Work, Sex and the CBD and The Fry Kids across the Melbourne comedy and fringe festival circuit.

Known for her wildly original characters, clowning work and sharp sketch sensibility, Holly is a regular fixture in Melbourne’s alternative comedy scene, appearing in some of the city’s most beloved line-ups including Limbo, Lido, Dirt, The Beryl’s Pageant, Yes Yes Yes, Corner Shop Comedy and Moulin Beige.

When not performing, Holly enjoys terrible food, disturbing films, and spending quality time with her cat and creative collaborator-in-spirit, Fancy.

See Holly perform live with the Big HOO-HAA! Fridays in Carlton.
